What You Need to Know

Deliveries must be made onto a hard, level surface at the kerbside using a tail-lift and manual pallet truck or Hiab crane. Due to the weight of the goods, it is not possible to deliver on grass, gravel, or inclines.

Delivery vehicles require clear access to the kerbside and space to manoeuvre and turn for an 18m lorry. This requires a different level of access to bin lorries as couriers must park level and leave clear access along the road to make the delivery.

If there are any access restrictions at the delivery point, please inform us at the time of placing your order to ensure that delivery does not fail. Re-delivery or return fees will apply for any failed deliveries.

We will contact you by phone, text or email to arrange a delivery date using the contact details provided on your order. You will be able to choose a specific date for your delivery and advise the couriers of any other delivery requirements once they make contact.

Deliveries typically take place between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday and an ETA will be provided on the day of your delivery.
